Always consult your doctor before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have specific health considerations or are returning to exercise after a breaky. Our workouts are designed with senior safety in mind but every person's health situation is unique.
Do I need special equipment?
Most workouts require nothing more than a sturdy chair and comfortable clothing. Some strength exercises use light dumbbells (1–3 lbs), and resistance bands are optional. We never require gym equipment.
Is the community free to join?
Yes! Creating an account and joining our senior fitness community is completely free. Share workouts, connect with members, use the live Fitness Board, and chat — all at no cost.
How do I find workouts for my fitness level?
Each workout card shows intensity level (Low/Moderate/High). We recommend starting with Low intensity and chair exercises. Browse by category to find what suits you best.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email legal@activeseniorlife.online with your registered email and we will permanently delete your account and all data within 30 days, in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
